Hand Held: Black Angus Steak Sandwich – shaved & topped with sautéed onions, sliced tomatoes, & cheddar cheese, on a wedge with roasted jalapeño mayo, served with French fries.
Entrée: Crabmeat Stuffed Salmon – baked & finished with a tomato caper buerre blanc, served with mashed potatoes & asparagus.
